Terms of Use

These draft terms describe only what this website actually does today. They are not legal advice. Fill in the marked items before you publish the site on the internet.

Last updated: 21 October 2026 (draft)

The website

This website provides information about Survey QC, a public download of the Match Pro 2.5 Windows installer, and optional website accounts (sign up, sign in, email confirmation, password reset, a learning-centre page, and an administrator area).

The Survey QC desktop installer is not available here yet. Licence purchasing, device activation, and customer payments are not available here yet. Tutorial videos are listed as coming soon and do not play yet.

Accounts

A public “Create account” form always creates a regular user account. It cannot create an administrator. Administrators are created only through a separate one-time setup process by the site operator.

You must provide a name, an email address, and a password of at least eight characters. You are responsible for keeping that password private. We may confirm the email address before some features (such as unlocked tutorial placeholders) are available.

An administrator may disable or restore an account. A disabled account cannot sign in. The last administrator account cannot be disabled through the admin screen, and an administrator cannot disable their own signed-in account through that screen.

Acceptable use

You may use the public pages and, if you have an account, the features provided to that account. You must not try to break into other accounts, overload the site, bypass the administrator check, or use the setup page after an administrator already exists except as the operator.

Match Pro download

Match Pro 2.5 is offered as a Windows installer from this website. If the installer asks for activation, the home page currently tells people to email eng.yousefnaanouh@gmail.com with a device code. That is the process already published on the site. This website does not sell licences online.

Survey QC software

Creating a website account does not grant a Survey QC software licence and does not provide the Survey QC installer. Those will be added later if the operator decides to offer them.

Content and availability

The sample dashboard on the home page is an illustration. Learning-centre videos are not published yet. The site may be unavailable during testing, hosting changes, or maintenance.

Privacy

How account data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the website gains features (for example the Survey QC installer or paid licences). The date at the top should be changed when that happens.
